Windows 10: What do I do?

I was customizing my new mouse I got with the Razar Software when all the sudden, my computer goes blue and it asked for my recovery code. I gave it the code and then it said autofixing itself, then it went blue again and said auto fix wasn’t able to fix your pc, so reset the corrupt files and it booted up again. However, I try to log in and it says something happened to your pin, please reset it, but when I click on reset pin, it goes black and reads “User Profile Service Failed to sign-in.” What am I supposed to do? It won’t let me do anything and it’s quite frustrating
