    What do I do?


    So I have upgraded from windows 10 to 11 and I never activated it but than games were glitching so I tried to go back to windows 10 but than when the pc is restoring your previous version of windows it gave me a blue screen and it says Ntfs.sys what failed and it was system service exception. What do I do to go back to windows 10. And windows safe does not work and I can not get into bios either.
