Windows 10: What do I have to do before selling a broken computer that won't turn on?

Hey there, I want so sell a computer that doesn't display the image when I press the power button. I don't have important things inside my computer no confidential information like photos, videos, etc but I have my microsoft account registrered inside the computer and I don't know how to remove it without being able to open the computer. Any ideas?

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?

Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on
