Windows 10: What do I use to view Live USB Video Input on my computer?

I have my Xbox One connected to my PC via a HDMI - USB Capture Card and can't find anything online on how to view the live feed from the USB.


Both Video and Audio show in OBS, however theres the normal OBS video delay that would really mess me up ingame. So I would like to know of any good software that would let me watch the live feed with minimal delay or If I'll have to buy an HDMI splitter and use my second monitor.


Any input would be helpful.


My internet is extremely slow so I can't stream it live throught the Xbox Companion App

This issue might occur if there is change in USB device hardware settings.

To assist you better, please provided us the information below:

• Have you the checked the issue with another USB drive on the computer? Is the issue specific with a particular USB drive?
• Are you able to play videos which is present on the USB device in another computer?
  Are you able to play the videos present on the computer?
• Are you getting any error message?
• Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to run Video playback troubleshooter and also try to run Windows Hardware troubleshooter.

Step 1: I suggest you to perform the video playback troubleshooter and check if it helps.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on
Troubleshooting.

3. Then click on View All on the left panel of the screen.

4. Click on Video Playback.

5. Click on Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.



Step 1: I suggest you to perform the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Check if it helps.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on
Troubleshooting.

3. Click on View All on the left panel of the screen.

4. Click on Hardware and Devices.

5. Click on Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

If the issue still persist, refer to the below method.

Video Input from USB

So, I want to make a RPI-0 usb dongle, and wanted to have it so when it was plugged in, it would send video output through the usb and pop up a window with the Rasbian desktop on it or something. I'm wondering if windows will take video input from usb

• Did you make any specific hardware or software changes prior to this issue?
• Is the issue specific to a particular website?

Internet Explorer 11 comes with the latest version of flash player pre-installed. So, the issue may rest with the particular page having compatibility issues with the Internet Explorer or there may be an issue with the flash
player configuration settings in Internet Explorer. Hence, I would suggest you to try the following diagnostic steps to get started in the correct direction and check if the issue persists:

Method 1:

I would suggest you to try opening the page in the compatibility view and check if you are able to view the video.

Method 3:

As slightly mentioned in the Method 2, make sure that the necessary add-ons are enabled in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Open Internet Explorer.

• In the Currently loaded add-ons list, click Run without Permissions.
• Look for the following add-ons in the list that's displayed. If any of these add-ons are listed, make sure the Status for each is listed as Enabled.
  

• Shockwave Active X Control
• Shockwave Flash Object
• Java Plug-in (may be multiple add-ons)
• QuickTime Plug-in (may be multiple add-ons)
• Windows Media Player

Having done the above steps, check if the websites are functioning properly.
