Windows 10: What do the following directories store and for how long do they store information for?

Hello, I've set up a fax server and I'm wondering where I can find information on the following directoriesarticularly I'm looking to find out what is stored in each directory and for how long I'm also working on a script that will clean out the contents of each directory. Thank you for providing the screenshot. This means that the Store was corrupted. We suggest that you follow these steps for solution:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe and click Enter.

Once you're done, update us with the result.

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

I suggest you to clear the Windows Store cache by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start button and select “Command Prompt (Admin)”.
• Type “wsreset.exe” and press enter.

After the Windows Store is reset, Computer will automatically open Windows Store. Check if the issue still persists.
