Windows 10: What do you do when your update on windows 10 newest update is stuck on Downloading-100

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Windows 10 feature update stuck at downloading 100%

Feature update has turned into a total mess. Never had this kind of issues until feature update.

At first, windows started auto-downloading update and got stuck at 56%. Taking suggestions from some online forums, I deleted the downloaded update and started downloading again after clean boot.

Now, it got stuck at 88% and tried the whole procedure again.

Now download is stuck at 'downloading-100%'. Although the update has no progress from 100% it is eating up my several gigs of cellular data. Does it mean that downloading update is still in progress?

What do I do? I don't want to waste my cellular data anymore.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
