Windows 10: What Does a "Bad Image" notification mean?

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help. I previously had detected malware on my laptop so I used Mincrosoft Defender to remove it. I then did a Windows clean install on my laptop to better ensure it was really gone. After a month of using my laptop again, I turned on my laptop and was met with the following pop up message. MicrosoftSecurityApp.exe - Bad ImageC:/Windows/assembley/NativeImages_v4.0.30.319_64/System.Xml.Linq/XXXX/System.Xml.Linq.ni.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

It is probable that there are missing or corrupted files on your system which is causing the "aolupdates.exe - Bad Image error."

The next step that we can do is run both the
DISM and SFC commands to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. Here are the steps:

• Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, right click the Windows button, and then select
  Command Prompt (Admin). If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click
  Allow or Yes.
  
• Type the following command, and then press Enter.
  • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• Type the following command and press Enter.
  • sfc /scannow
