Windows 10: What does it mean when it says you might need to take action in another window

I am trying to download epic games store on the Microsoft store and it saying you might need to take action in another’s window

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.

  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.
