Windows 10: What does Secure Mode: Off mean in Windows 11?

I haven't noticed it before but when I opened up the Hidden Icons Windows, at the bottom of the task bar, I see a grey colored shield next to the blue colored Windows Security shield, that states: Secure Mode: OffDoes anyone know what this "Secure Mode" is? I cannot seem to find anything on this forum, nor on my device, that explains what this shield is and what setting it sits under in Windows Security. I am not aware of a setting that I have turned off intentionally. I cannot find a setting for this on my device.Out of precaution, I have run full scans, offline scans, quick scans, custom

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
