Windows 10: What does the "head and shoulders" I think mean

If you look closely you can see a small icon which, to me, looks like a stylized head and shoulders.Can anyone tell me what this means?It shows on two of my folders. Most do not have it.This folder is on OneDrive.

Windows 10 logon screen- replace the "head & shoulder" with a personal photo?

On the logon screen of Windows 10, right above the account name, there is this generic "head & shoulder" logo. Is it possible to replace it with a photo? I mean only that "head & shoulder", not the entire screen.

If not, maybe what I need to do is PS the logon screen and have it loaded during startup.

 

why won't column headings in File Explorer (Windows 10) stay the way I set them??

To resolve the issue with column heading on File Explorer, we suggest to follow the steps below:

• Click on the View Tab.
• Click Folder Options.
  
  
• Click Apply to all folders.

Thinking about Going back to Win8.1


If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

4. Click OK.

5. Restart for the changes to finish.
