Windows 10: What does the Parameter 0x4D mean for the bug check code 0x000001e?

I recently experienced a BSOD with the code 0x0000010e VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL and I searched in the Windows documentation for what the 0x4D parameter 1 meant however the documentation said that 'Values for Parameter 1 that do not appear in this table must be individually examined.' and value 0x4D was not. So I was wondering what that parameter value means and what the cause of this BSOD was. Assuming this has something to do with a faulty driver potentially I tried to update my Nvidia GPU driver a couple days before this happened and was left with a black screen and I had to hard s

Bug check???? what does this code mean

First!: Download BlueScreenView

Then come back and tell use two (maybe three) things for each dump file:
1) What is the bug check code
2) What is the bug check string (if there is one)
3) What is the highlighted file name

The first two will be at the top pane window and the third will be on the lower pane window. We need all three (or two if no string) for each .dmp listed.

random bluescreens Bug Check Code : 0x00000133

I am new here so if anything is wrong with how this is posted let me know.

Anyway I bought a acer laptop about a month ago exact model Aspire E5-774G-52W1. This just started happening today out of the blue but here are some exported logs from bluescreenview I managed to get before it bluescreened again. I will try and run the dm log collector however I can't guarantee I will be able to before I get another bluescreen.

Also I am getting weird things like this in my event viewer. I don't know if it is related but it's an issue none the less. The WHEA logger events are happening non stop it seems. It seems to be tied to pci express root port but I am not sure what ti do about it and it seems to have started on december 3rd
