  1. What does this Action Center message (about my Microsoft account) mean?

    Hello:

I got this same message in Action Center about a "Microsoft account problem" about a week ago.

Whatever steps I tried apparently did not fix it because it is back again.

Can someone tell me what it really is after -- i.e., (typically) what does it want me to do? Obviously if I am able to post a comment there are no issues with logging on to my Microsoft Account -- one would think. What does this Action Center message (about my Microsoft account) mean? :)

I am a retired software engineer and pretty savvy with these kinds of Windows issues. But this one has me baffled.

Environment: Dell desktop running Win 10 Home Edition with update 1903 installed.

Disable Action Center in Windows 7?

Unfortunately that doesn't disable Action Center, all it does it cause Acution Center to bitch about the Security Center service not running.

Action Center seems to be a different beast from Security Center...

And telling it to not display any messages gets it out of the way, the same way disabling the icon in the suggestions above does, but Action Center is still enabled and running.
