Windows 10: What does this exactly do? clicking it does nothing but i have some concern

clicking it does nothing, nothing opensi just found it randomlythere's many files like thisclicking some, does stuffsometimes doesn'ti dunno if i should really be touching any of these

  Right click on Touchpad, then select Disable.
