Windows 10: What does this mean "47% available plugged in".

My battery is suddenly saying it is "47% available plugged in", but it is not charging up beyond that. I turned it off and left it plugged in but it did not change. I F2'ed into the bios and the adaptor equals 45 watts, so it seems to be recognized. What does this mean? Does the battery only have 47% of the original capacity, or is it only 47% full i.e. could take another 53% but not charging up anyway. Wear level says 18% but there seems to be 53% missing. Is this just a calibration issue? Yes the battery is getting a bit old, but this seemed to come on rather sudden.I am a bit hes

nokia 3109c does not 'see' HS-47 headset

I bought a nokia 3109c and the HS-47 that was listed as compatible headphones. When I plug in the headset nothing happens and the phone still works via the speaker instead of the headset. Any

If the battery is old it might have run its course but if that's not the can do the following to check what the problem

Computer laptop that is plugged in but not charging

• Shutdown the laptop
• Remove the battery ( note some batteries cannot easily be removed you may need to consult your laptop manual on how to remove them)
• Clean the battery and terminals with a dry clean cloth
• Put the battery back
• Turn on the laptop
• If it still say plugged in but not charging dont panick continue to follow more steps below
