Windows 10: What does this mean?

I have a slow computer, but since 2 days ago, i have been unable to play any games due to an INSANE fps drop.I didnt know why this happened till i was searching up how to fix my monitor refresh rate. I stumpled upon this button which gave me acsess to the "Event Viewer" and then i found a bunch of errors at the time my computer crashed.Most of them looked like this:Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{String of capital letters and "-"s}'I found out that the error 0x80070490 means some of my files have suddently became corrupted. Unfortunately, that's how Disk Clean ends.

If you want to check - run it again to see if there's is anything to clean (look at the size on items in the list - small size means only a bit has accumulated since the last run - large means something wasn't cleaned)
Disk Clean / extended goes deep, that's why I suggested that you run it first.

I'd say just move on to the next step: cCleaner, since you're in the cleaning phase.
