Windows 10: What even is this?!

I have no clue why this is happening. I'm simply trying to move a word document into another folder and this keeps popping up. I scanned my entire flashdrive and there's literally no malware or anything that could be causing this, especially since moving the file onto my C drive into the pictures folder doesn't bring this pop-up up. It keeps saying that my internet security settings are causing it, but when I click the link to learn how to unblock it simply brings me to the main page of Microsoft support. I don't recall ever setting my internet security settings to cause this. How do I fix i
