Windows 10: What exactly is meant by "an app is using your location"? i.e. when you see the little...

When my laptop has been sitting idle for an extended time and I return I usually see the location Icon, and every time about 30 sec to a minute into my using it the icon vanishes as if it were trying to hide. This laptop has admn with a work account and is windows 10, Teams, Intune, zscaler, office, and anydesk.. thank you." Could it be a remote access? nafarious? thanks

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Kindly follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Type Location privacy settings in search bar
  and click on Location privacy settings.
• Here you can enable/disable the Location.
• You may try to Enable/Disable the Maps app to use the
  location or not from the apps list.

Changed the 'downloads' location to E-Drive. Couldn't reverse!!

But the problem is whenever I click the properties of Downloads
folder, it is showing the properties dialog box of E-drive partition. How could I solve this?

• Right Click on Downloads folder.
• Click on Properties.
• Select Location tab.
• Click on Move and choose your location.
