Windows 10: What happened? February 4 2024

I will try to express the situation that im in currently regarding an issue with the microsoft store. Im on windows 10 because just like others I don´t like windows 11 and also app compatibility since some old games don´t work with it and because their old they won´t get any updates for that reason I stay with windows 10 for the time being. With that said, today I´ve encounter an issue with the microsoft store and the associated apps that come with the use of the app like games, for example in this scenario I have installed Monster Hunter Rise, Palworld and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1, all of this ap

Microsoft 11 February 4, 2023 update, affected my camera

Microsoft 11 automatically installed an update the morning of February 4, 2023. About 9 hours later, I went on Zoom and saw the right half of my face was in the dark. I did everything suggested including uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. Nothing worked. February 5, I saw it wasn't Zoom, it was the camera itself, which is built into Lenovo laptop (I think proper term is Integrated). I tried downloading other drivers and Microsoft and computer updates and followed a lot instructions. Nothing helped. In fact, some instructions, didn't work. Finally, someone suggested I delete current update and return to previous Microsoft 11 version. Now my camera is working. My laptop doesn't have slides or any of the other things I've read about online.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
