Windows 10: what happened to all my downloads when you twice in 12 hours went through upgrading?

Recently windows 10 went through this upgrade. Mine was twice i12 hours. After the first I noticed that all my downloads were missing . What did you do?? Retrieve them NOW

Windows 10. 12 to 24 hours

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

To change the time format from 12 hour to 24 hour in Windows 10.

Follow the steps:

• Navigate to Control panel.
• In the category view of the control panel, click on the
  ‘Change date, time, or number formats’.
• Change the short time to HH:mm from the drop down.
• Press Apply to make the changes.
• Now your time format will change to 24 hour format.

Windows 10 says it's downloading, but it's been 12 hours.

My Win7 laptop finally says it is downloading Win10, but it has been stuck there for 12 hours. WHen I click download progress box, nothing happens.

 

Downloading Windows 10 hadn't completed after 12 hours

I had Win 7, upgraded to Win 10...a few problems, but I loved it. Froze up one day, restored to Win 7 and then tried to upgrade back to Win 10 and for TWELVE hours it just sat there with that silly dot circle going round and round and telling me it was
downloading, "upon completion of download, follow easy install steps. Never got to the install part. It downloaded so easy the first time...what happened? Help...I miss my Cortana!
