Windows 10: What happened to black-colored #000000 letters

Nowadays I find it very difficult to browse in general. Letters are in light grey colors 9not real black, and fonts verge on fine print. Settings > Systems offers a font option, but no color option. The eye-vision of coming generations is at a high risk.

Series of several dark blue shades fading to black would look nice when lit.
I like steel blue shades. For example:

• Bottom fin color = #24487A
• Second fin color = #12243D
• Case color = #000000

 

Using Paint to Write Yellon on a Black Background

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it help.

  Open Paint.
  
• 
  Under Home Tab, Click on Fill with color.
  
• 
  Select the black color, and now click on blank page below.
  
• 
  Now the background will be in black color.
  
• 
  Select Brushes under Home tab and select yellow color.
  
• 
  Then you will be able to write word and Figures in yellow color.

Change letters from white to black.

How to change colors of type on the main called up Windows [10] screen. I need black lettering. For me white lettering on a 20 percent gray screen is fifficullt to see.
