Windows 10: what happened to my keyboards

i have a lenovo computer with which i reverted back to windows 10 two days ago. i checked my email while having my coffee and then went to get ready for the day. when i came back i found that none of the keystrokes would show up, or function, unless held down for at least two seconds. the only keys that work are the alphabet, number pad, space bar, comma, period, backspace, and enter.this is not only occuring with my logitech k350 wireless keyboard but also the wired one that came with the computer. that one has been stored in a closet since the computer was new.somebody please tell me ho

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
