Windows 10: What happened to solutions in error reporting?

I found that old versions of windows and old builds of windows 10 but on newer versions of windows i went to control panel to check security and maintence and i saw that it said "Report Problems" instead of "Check for solutions for problem reports" I have 2 laptops running windows one is running windows 7 and my 2nd one is running on windows 10 when i clicked clear problem reports it said "Windows needs these problem reports to check for solutions" and when i clicked the main menu it said "Report problems"

• Click the Start menu, type services and press
  Enter.
• Find Windows Error Reporting Service and then right-click on that entry from the list.
• Select Properties.
• Next to Startup type, select Disabled from the drop down.
• Click OK or Apply to save the settings.

Windows error reporting messages- unable to find solutions to :

3 errors reported multiple times - in trying to address these are the problems and error# seen:

• critical error message: video memory resources overutilized, computer thrashing.
• critical: MS operation failed (unable to open or find? Public folder #5008
• known folder homegroup login failed #1018 (netwwork access error)
• windir\logs\CBS.log unable to view sfc details.txt

first step is to back up the data first ... Then check the hdd for errors, etc ...
