    What happens when using "Permanently delete" function in Windows?


    I was recently asked about this function by an End User and could not find an explicit technical answer. I'd lean to it probably meaning that it by-passes the Recycle bin... wanted to confirm that something more is not being done in the background, like file overwrite or something else? Without a file re-write, 3rd party apps would still be able to restore a file deleted in this manner.

    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    What happens when using "Permanently delete" function in Windows?

    delete large file permanently.

    There's no way to recover your files if you've deleted those permanently. We suggest you to always have a backup storage to save your important files just in case this scenario will happen in the future.
