Windows 10: What hardware is causing my hardware error?

Hi,This is the problem I'm getting. It is a hardware error. But I cannot find what piece of hardware is causing the issue. Any got an idea to find this out?After this, all USB ports stop working. I have to manually reset the pc. After that it is working again.
