Windows 10: What has happened to Macrosoft Mahjong in Casual Games? I always played "Turtle" and now...

I can no longer get "Tutle" in Microsoft Mahjong. Instead I get a different tile game. Will Turtle be reinstalled?

Cannot play daily challenge in Microsoft Mahjong

For the last few days Mahjong has been shutting down after the first ad plays on daily challenge.

I have tried all the usual things; resetting, reinstalling, clearing store cache, checking firewall and updates.

The other casual games work fine.

 

Microsoft casual games on Windows 10

I have been using Sudoku and similar casual games daily for months, suddenly Sudoku, Solitaire and Mahjong all refuse to load on my computer under Windows 10. I get no message, just the name screen. I have changed nothing. What has happened?

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Mahjong.

To uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, please follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
• Follow the directions on the screen.
