Windows 10: what has happened to my candy crush games which I cannot access as of today I have played...

what has happened to my Candy Crush game I have played it daily for years and today I cannot access it I was at game 3002 when it happened

Candy Crush Saga

I have administrator account on my mothers HP computer. She can access and open both candy crush and candy soda crush to play with no issues.

I can only access candy soda crush to play.

When I attempt to open candy crush nothing at all happens. I have tried making a new account, no change. I have run the trouble shooter, finds nothing. I have the icon in the apps but it appears to not really be there. No uninstall option appears like it
does for candy crush soda.

Any suggestions. I am not very computer literate

I have already downloaded the Candy Crush Game and I have played almost 10 level. But the problem is now it is not opening. When I click candy crush game, the game is on with a message loading and shutdown automatically.

So the best answer I can offer is to try one of two things:

• Look in windowsphone.com under
  Apps+Games and see if there is something similar.
• If you do not see anything you like then send a note to the developer of Candy Crush and ask if they have plans for developing for Windows Phone.

So with Candy Crush, you create rows or columns with three candies of the same color to remove them. I have never played Candy Crush but I think it is similar to Jewel³ (Microsoft Apps).
