Windows 10: what has happenedto my laptop !!

Silhouette Cameo 3 says not connected ! I have not used for a while, not been cutting bits as I used to as we had a severe loss in 2020 I lost my MOJO!! Is this something to do with updates? I know that an update can mess with things no. 4505903 I have checked that much out! I am now on Bing browser/search engine I HATE it is VERY slow. I am NOT very computer savvy, I only do a few things on my laptop ie ebay, banking, facebook, amazon, a bit of crafting etc both machines say that bluetooth is on but..........Please can anyone help me also just to let you know that I am over 65 thanks in

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
