    Hi, what happens is that, before I could go from 800x600 to 1366x768, but I formatted my laptop and then since I installed windows and updated the drivers it doesn't let me change to any resolution, there's only the 1024x768 resolution, the rest of the resolutions

    Hi Facundo,

    It's possible that your laptop does not support a lower resolution. But we can still check if we can activate it through the
    Display settings. Follow the steps below:

    • Right-click on your desktop and click Display settings.
    • Select Advanced display settings at the bottom of the page.
    • Select Display adapter properties.
    • Click on List All Modes.
    • Look for the resolution you prefer and select OK.
    • Click Apply.

    Hi, Rap_Attack. Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions. Can you elaborate what was your observed video quality change? What's your phone's current software version? Did you change any of your settings recently? Is this for your built-in camera, Nokia
    Camera or 3rd party camera apps?

    If you're using the built-in camera, I suggest using the High Quality (1080p) Video Mode to have a better video quality: Camera > ... > video settings > Video Mode.

    For Nokia Camera, try to use the resolution: 720p/30fps, which is the highest resolution. Go to Nokia Camera > ... > settings > video > Resolution.

    As these settings would help you achieve a higher quality videos, these would also take a larger memory space on your phone, thus usage of a memory card is recommended.

    For the 3rd party apps, I suggest checking with the developer for further assistance about its app settings.

    Lower screen resolution on 6280?

    I'm noticing that a lot of applications and games are designed for a low resolution screen. My 6280 has high resolution, so that apps take up only the upper left hand corner of the screen. Too tiny to read, really. Is there a way lower my screen resolution?
    Or is it that these games have to be resolution-aware? Thanks for any advice.
