Windows 10: What, if anything, could I download and install to help the general functionality of my...

I have a pretty solid Windows 10 PC w/ i7-7700 3.6ghz Processor, ASUS Geforce GTX 1080ti 11Gb Turbo GPU, 32 GB DDR2400 RAM, M.2 SAMSUNG EVO SSD, and a **** Alienware 25" Gaming monitor 240hz refresh rate and all the bells and whistles but my Windows applications and my system are just not performing as well as I believe possible


I love Windows and I have done many resets and have tried various combinations of Windows Enterprise, Windows Home, Windows 10 Pro and also Pro for Workstation, but they all are lackluster


I even went and purchased a different Windows Activated License


All failed


My Windows Apps run sluggish as hell- almost seems like packet loss - they all work and perform their functions but when using them its a drag cuz they all lag - seems like its only Microsoft Store applications as well


I am very computer literate and I have troubleshot many symptoms of my PC


Is there anything i could download that I can run alongside Windows 10 that could help the performance of my System, maybe like the Windows Performance Toolkit?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.
