Problem with Logitech Cam in Win 10 64bit home desktop

I have been using Quick Assist to help a friend with a camera problem. The old Logitech C615 started acting up and symptoms appeared to be a faulty USB cable causing intermit failures of cam. A new Logitech C920 cam with USB connection was purchased and when plugged into computer. Win 10 immediately seen the cam but was not up to par. Downloaded the Logitech C920 software/drivers and installed. Cam was being used to broadcast on the Ezcape Chat site with Google Chrome Browser. When being the first person to log into the chat room, cam worked fine. When a second person logged into the chat room, the screen where he was logged into immediately went gray, and on his computer his cam would be frozen, unable to make any selections, unable to log or X out of tab, Chrome appeared frozen, and had to do to a forces shutdown and reboot of computer. Cam was uninstalled and disconnected. All procedures were followed to insure all Win updates were installed, Security and Privicy settings were double checked to insure cam and apps had proper permissions for cam to broadcast. Win Defender was checked to insure there were no restrictions on the cam. Logitech software and drivers were downloaded again to insure a clean download. Cam was installed and Device Manager again showed no conflicts. Cam was used again to access Ezcape Chat. Again as first person logged into the room, all seemed to be working good. The moment at second person logged into the chat room, the broadcast screen again grayed out, and his computer again froze requiring a forced restart. Contact with Logitech support gave access to a support person with broken english speech that had trouble understanding the problem. The support walked through the same procedures we had followed to insure that all win updates were installed and that the current Logitech software and drivers were installed and showed no conflicts in the Device Manager. Support's final assessment was that the cam must be faulty and needed to be returned to retailer for replacement. A replacement Logitech C615 cam was given. All Logitech was uninstalled from the computer and the new cam with Logitech software/drivers was installed with no conflicts in Device Manager. Again the same problem occurred when access was made to the Ezcape Chat. Once again, all procedures followed to insure all updates were installed, In Device Manager, search was made for updated drivers and none were found. A second call was made to Logitech support and problem was requested to be elevated to a higher level of tech support and the support person agreed and elevated the request. Still no word yet from Logitech support. Even paid for the Driver Easy software to search for updated drivers. Some were found and computer drivers were updated, including one drive for the USB Logitech cam. Again the access to the Ezcape Chat failed the moment at second person logged into the chat room. So again followed all procedures to insure all updates for Win & Logitech were installed and all cam, app permissions, privacy, and AV permissions were set correctly. Other chat members use the same cam models of the C920 and C615 without any problems, also using the Win 10 OS. USB ports have been rotated repeatedly without any change/improvement. Still awaiting info from elevated Logitech support request.

Have any other person had this type of problem with Logitech Cams in Win 10/Ezcape Chat or have any other suggestions or options to investigate to solve this problem ?

 

Plugging in my Logitech 930e

Ho just plugged in my Logitech cam and I don't know where to find it to turn it on. I went to DM and saw that it installed. I updated my privacy settings to allow apps.. But how do I access it?

 

Successfuly installed Logitech web cam and drivers. I now do not have sound anywhere in my pc It does say that VIA HD aUDIO IS mot plugged in. Don't know how to plug it in.
