What if I don't know my credit card info to investigate a charge as I have already cancelled and shredded? Need help challenging a change that is fraudulent. Someone ordered an xbox on my account. I signaled to my credit company it was fraud and cancelled the card. Now the credit card company needs Microsoft to cancel the charge and I can't figure out a way to talk to someone. I read I need to dispute the change but the system wants me to put my old credit card info in......I don't have as I have cancelled and shredded the card.....

Have you checked with your Credit Card issuer? Do you mean two charges placed five days apart?

If you have received two different bills for the same Credit Card surely you should know how to contact the issuer of your Credit Card.
