    I bought Office 365 home at a Best Buy and went home to insert the product key. Once I inserted the product key on office.com/setup, the third step of the setup process said: "Sorry, we can't set up your account right now. Hang on to your product key and try again later". I've tried entering under different email addresses, inserting the key at different times, even on 2 different computers and it still wouldn't work. I've checked the support page and tried the solution there, but it still wouldn't work.

    Remove account


    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
