Windows 10: What if i need to create custom layout using MKLC

Hi,I want to create a custom layout for Hindi, English and etc. Languages, But it includes like rename of some modifier buttons like Tab , Caps lock, AltGr, etc and it includes some extra buttons like for copilot key, Copy paste buttons, etc. I have try to do with Microsoft Keyboard layout Creator but i don't found any way to do this configuration.I don’t have any idea of this a bit, can any one help me or guide me that how can I achieve this functionality?

I'm running W11 ARM on Parallels Desktop from a M1 Mac.

I'm trying to add a custom layout keyboard made with MKLC 1.4.

Microsoft says it is not supported but the software works and I'm able to create a .dll keyboard and add it to the keyboard list in "Installed Keyboard" menu in W11.

Nevertheless, that newly installed keyboard doesn't show up in my task bar. Only pre-built layouts appear.

On top of that, if a delete all pre-built layouts and keep only my custom layout, W11 use a default "american" layout without telling me.

It looks like there was a miscommunication on this thread and the person who asked the question gave up.

It is a valid question reporting a bug on Windows 11 ARM - I have the same issue

Actually MKLC 1.4 files work fine with Windows 10. Indeed, language bar disappears, after you change keyboard layout to the custom one. But, once you
log off and and then log on again the language bar re-appears, and everything works great. The only minor nuisance is that there is no preview in language settings, but I can happily live without that

An alternative:
Keyboard Layout Manager. Works with Windows 10, despite it isn't mentioned there. It can duplicate an existing dll and modify it. This time the layout preview works, but there is no installer, therefore porting it to another computer isn't straightforward.
Also I didn't try Keyboard Layout Manager with "dead" keys

(MKLC supports them OK).
