    Hi everybody,

I am an A+ certified, MCSE and I have been supporting Microsoft products as a private contractor since the days of DOS.

DOS was a fantastic operating system first written by Gary Kildall and "emulated" lol by Tim Paterson. It was a VERY stable OS that I understood the very first time that I saw it in 1988. But as everyone now knows by today's standards especially it was very limited.

Anyway, my question today is "What important applications does Microsoft still not own and have implemented into Windows 10?"

I do not know of any. Does anyone else know of any?

I am very happy that Microsoft finally bought their own antivirus application and then painfully slowly got it to work correctly in Windows.

Now this is a Microsoft moderated forum, and it has been my experience that you can not ask MS a simple question and get a simple answer LOL instead you get a 20 page white paper that I actually used to read. Or a sales pitch. I don't have that kind of time anymore...so here I am.

Thanks in advance and I hope everybody has a wonderful day :-

    :)

Windows Phone application list display is the worst implementation in the mobile industry.

    Hi Microsoft,

I am expecting a fix to this issue as soon as possible. Your installed application list display is the worst implementation in the mobile industry. This implementation is terrible as humans can remember pictures more easily than the right format of application
name (because a developer couldn't find the right name).

I you argue to keep a Live tile for each then let me tell you so far my live tile list has grown 4 times the screen length.

Terrible and unrealistic implementation. User friendliness is a biggest joke on Windows Phone Platform.

Is 3D gaming important to you?

A simple question. Is 3D gaming important to you? As it is implemented today, is it the next step in gaming evolution or is it just a gimmick? Please vote and leave your thoughts. *Toast :toast:

Suggestion For Microsoft To Implement (Regarding Desktop Slideshow)

The full title of my post (which cannot fit, should be):
    > Suggestion For Microsoft To Implement (Regarding Custom Desktop Slideshow Images & Custom Lock Screen Images)

I tend to collect artistic digital images to add to my collection of images that are used for the Desktop Background Slideshow & The Lock Screen. Yet, over time, I tend to lose interest in some images that somehow tend to get "misdated" or such, that I want to delete. I do have a script that can locate the original source of the location of the image (look at the attached image below). Yet there are times that I am just a few seconds too late to "locate" that exact picture, to delete, and gets lost until it shows up randomly again. I got over 15,000 images in the slideshow. It's gonna take some time until that image pops up randomly again.

BUT let's take the worst case scenario. Suppose that there is an inappropriate image that shows up. That would definitely need to get deleted from the slideshow. So why doesn't Microsoft implement a feature that has a daily history of the images that are used in slideshows? Unless there's some 3rd party application that can do that?
Also, that custom script that I mentioned earlier, should be implemented, in my opinion, assuming that there's a Desktop Slideshow set up.

    Right?
