Windows 10: What initial size MB and maximum size MB should I use to set more RAM to my memory?

Memory: 4.00 GBSystem type: 64 bitOperating system: Windows 11 HomeI was trying to play rust and I followed a tip to help my game run better.It said to change the Maximum size and initial size to 12799.After I set it to 12799 and hit apply I restarted my computer and i got and Error screen.My computer loads and works fine but I would like to set it back to normal just incase,but I don't know what to set the initial & maximum size mb to.All I know is before I changed it my currently allocated was 10,751 and now it's 12,799.What should I change my Initial & maximum size to

My RAM is 4GB and running Windows 10, I read that Virtual memory best sizes is
(minimum 1.5 * RAM , maximum 3 * Minimum) [6144, 18432]MB , is this correct ? and if it is not, what is the best sizes ?

What are the recommened Virtual memory sizes for windows 10? Im trying to improve speed in performance options menu. After clicking on custom size there are two boxes "Initial size (MB) and Maximum Size (MB). What values go in these 2 boxes?. Thank you.
