Windows 10: What is a C:\Mono? Should I uninstall it?

I was going through my Storage Drives in my settings and cleaning out unnecessary/unused applications in my laptop. However, I noticed this file called C:\Mono and it consist of files to name: bin, etc, include, lib, and share. This file takes a lot of storage about 607MB and has an enormous amount of files.I'm unsure whether or not it serves an importance for my laptop to run properly, hence I'd like to ask if it is safe to delete this file.

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

Would you be able to attempt replicate the step-by-step I posted, particularly observing for mono behavior after start-up, but before any application is running?

My posting did not include a test for mono status after operating the mono control panel setting; only that the mono status was not actually active after a reboot, when it should be.

Upon first reboot after the settings change, the audio channels are not merged, as I can verify that the channels are independent (I feed audio source only from "left", and the output is only in "left" ("right" is silent input, silent output), even when Mono setting is applied). Once an application runs after start-up, the audio source feeding only "left" input is now observed on both "left" and "right" outputs.

How to uninstall an app on Windows 10 from outside source?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to uninstall the app from c folder and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+E” and go to “This PC”.
• Then click on “C” drive and go to program files.
• Now check for the app which you want to uninstall / delete and delete it.
• Then go to “control panel” and click on “program and features”.
• There check whether the app is present, if it is there I suggest you to uninstall it and check.
