    I have a reoccurring charge on my credit card for $287.50 with only a description of Microsoft#g029685386. Can you tell me what this is for? I haven't signed up for anything that I'm aware of and do not find this as a subscription under my account?

    unauthorized charge on my credit card

    How do I contact Microsoft to find out what has been charged? There is nothing on my account that has been charged in the amount of my credit card.

    And I have already contacted my credit card company to report fraud.

    Credit card is charged after registering with microsoft account

    Hi. I’ve just registered my credit card with Microsoft Account because I want to buy apps for my windows phone.
    Immediately after that I received a text message from my bank telling me that my card has been charged for RM4.00 (Malaysian Ringgit). My question is why my card is being charged even though I haven’t bought anything yet. I just finished registering
    my credit card. Thank you…
