Windows 10: What is a program called "Watch Thread?"

I keep getting an error when trying to shutdown saying the app "Watch Thread" is preventing the shutdown. Does anyone know what this app is and how i can get rid of it?

Hmmm, I’m honestly not sure if that is kicking off “watch thread” or not. You could always uninstall it, then see if watch thread keeps appearing.

You mentioned being hacked, and I don’t want to jump to that at all, but have you ever ran malwarebytes to clean up your pc? You could run that and see if it finds anything called “watch thread” -

apps work anymore? How do I find out what this is and remove it? I have googled but they can't figure out what I'm asking for and just keep telling me about how to watch discussion threads online.
