Windows 10: What is actually this wallpaper bug when using fullscreen start menu?

I can totally accept it but it bothers me from long long ago...

Half of the wallpaper is glitching. I found this only occurs using resolution above 1080P. This happened both on my Surface Pro (2736x1824) and my laptop MSI Prestige 15 (3840X2160). When I turned my 4k screen down to 1080p, the glitch disappered. Is this a common issue or just me?

Fullscreen Start Menu Wallpaper Alignment

The wallpaper inconsistently mis-aligns to the screen in the fullscreen start menu. It is aligned properly outside of the menu.

I've tried:

- toggling transparency effects off & back on

- changing the wallpaper

- disconnecting & reconnecting the laptop from the hub

- unplugging the hub for 10 seconds

Is there a way to prevent and/or fix this?

 

Start menu full sceen option bug

I did a standard restore but still no result. I did some more tests and there are only two start menu settings I can actually change (being "show suggestions occasionally in start" and "show recently opened items in jump lists on start or the tack bar").
All the rest I can change the slider but nothing happens and they automatically change as I said before (it just happens that fullscreen is one of these).

 

Start Menu Bug

I have a weird Bug on windows 10 home x64, whenever i pin a program to start it doesn't appear instantly and when i unpin it doesn't unpin and if i restart or logout then it pins/unpins and if I change to fullscreen start menu it doesn't change immediately.
