EPS to SVG files

How do you convert an EPS file to a SVG file for cutting in cricut machine?

 

Cannot Print to EPS file, only PRN Available

I can print to PDF just fine

I cannot Print to EPS at all

I have installed several PS Printer Drivers, adding several PS Virtual printers from various Manufacturers, to the Local Port File: Print to File port.

In Advanced Preferences, I have changed PostScript Output Option from 'Optimize For Speed' to Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), for all of the virtual Printers

When Selecting the Printer, "Print to File" is NOT Checked, I make sure of that every time.

When I print from MS Word, I only get the option to Print to .PRN

When I print from Acrobat Reader, I can get the Option to Print to .PS only, no .EPS, even though EPS is still selected in the Advanced Properties for PostScript Document Options.

Everything I have read seems to point to everyone else doing what I've done easily being able to print to .EPS.

Any ideas what might be going on?

I've restarted the Windows 7 x64 PC since installing the drivers, and still nothing
