Windows 10: What is an Xbox? My network shows hundreds of Microsoft Xbox users

For 11 years my Microsoft passwords have been stolen federal crime and changed. My account has been used by a hidden administrator who took online Microsoft classes and learned how to become a roaming hidden administrator over hundreds of users. She stole all of my IP addresses and is using them for selling to Xbox users and a cybercrime ring. My network is dead slow, and I am paying for all of the unauthorized users on my network and all of the users of my Microsoft account. I have lost everything, and have been forced into bankruptcy. Please check if your system is on its latest windows update. Windows version that are not supported will have issues with Xbox connectivity.

Check for any updates to the Xbox app itself.

Xbox one / Microsoft store

If you're connected to Xbox Live, then you should normally be able to access the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One. Let's try to isolate the issue by performing the following solutions below:

Solution 1: Power cycle your Xbox One console.

• Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. 
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
• Plug the console power cable back in.
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Solution 2: Clear the storage cache on the console.

• Press the menu key on the controller.
• Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  
• In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  
• Select Clear persistent storage.

Solution 3: Clear MAC address on your Xbox One to refresh network setting.

• Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  
• Select Settings.  
• Select All Settings.  
• Select Network.  
• Select Network settings.  
• Select Advanced settings.  
• Select Alternate MAC address.  
• Select Clear.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
