Windows 10: What is "AverageRoom.bin" in System32 Folder?

in my System32 folder, there is a file called "AverageRoom.bin" which is a BIN file, last modified sometime in 2019; what exactly is this? it's not in SysWOW64, although neither are some of the 'auto' files above itidk if I'm not looking hard enough but I feel like I can't see any other BIN files in the folder, or at least they're scarce. is this "AverageRoom.bin" BIN file safe? I scanned with MalwareBytes and Windows Defender routinely earlier and got nothing, and I can't find any useful information onlineany insight?

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

okay ive done the same thing as you but i cant put the file back into the folder

• Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.

Capital S on all folders

Can you open the system32 folder set the view to list from the view ribbon and provide a screenshot of the contents of that folder
