Windows 10: what is "browscap"?

hi, i installed Classic Shell onto my laptop to make it look like windows 7. i typed microsoft word into the search box with the windows 7 looking start box and this thing showed up. there were like 10 things called "browscap" in my pictures folder. i opened one of them and it was a long notepad document. Here is a little bit on what it said.

What is this? is browscap malicious? should i uninstall classic shell? what is browscap? i have never seen browscap in my files before i installed classic shell. if anyone knows what "browscap" is and what it does, you can comment here
