Windows 10: What is BURNTEST

What is BURNTEST ? does anybody here can tell me what is burntest for the computer. and what are the advantage of it ? Thanks in advance. GOD Bless

I don't think there is a way to control the voltage separately for the separate sticks...

I think one setting covers them all...

It is possible that there is a connection issue with the cooler one, or it is not functioning properly...

It is possible that the one stick was not needed, and therefore didn't get as warm... I'm not real sure how the motherboard distributes the memory usage...

It is normal for the memory to get quite warm under use..

You could try running something like MemTest or Intel BurnTest to see what happens...

 

Apps not closing, still running in background

Thanks for the response. I am not looking for a "close all" function. Sometimes I intentionally want to leave an app running. In windows phone 8.1, I could exit and close th app by merely selecting the arrow/back button, I am looking for that same functionality.
When I'm in an app, I want to be able to exit directly from there and not have it continuing in the background.

In short, burn (stability) test is a test when a computer is loaded to it's full potential and power to see if it would show signs of being unstable or indeed burn out exposing any weaknesses.

 

i try to use burn test and i encounter an error about my memory. if that is happen what is the basic solution i need to do to fixed it ? do i need clean my memory physically ?

 

So there may be a problem with RAM itself or memory controller/bus. You can test memory MemTest86 - Offical Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool only. Some times it helps if you just take a stick out and install it again.
