    What is causing browsers to crash when I start typing?


    My wife's Lenovo laptop has Windows 11 with the latest updates to both Windows and all Lenovo drivers. Whenever we launch a browser Edge, Chrome, or Firefox and try to type using laptop keyboard, separate USB keyboard, or onscreen keyboard, the browser immediately crashes. If we launch an app like MS Word, Excel, etc. the keyboards work fine. Therefore, it's NOT a keyboard problem. Could a recent Windows update be causing this?It started about two weeks ago, but my wife uses the laptop infrequently.

    All Browsers instantly crash on start up.

    Thanks kevin, but the main fix you suggested di not work. when I type a command in the the command-line it seem to be trying to load something but if flashes and crashes just like the browsers do. Which means i am unable to get further than the second step. Even so i continued typing in the following commands just incase id would do somethig but the same thing happened with each and it made no diffeence.

    I dont know if this is caused by the same issue but it is odd that the browser and the run command-line have the same issues.
