Windows 10: What is causing my pc to crash!?

Hi , I need some serious help with blue screens on my pc. I own a Cyber Power pre built and have always had problems with crashing but lately it has been unbearable. It mainly always crashes when my pc is just on and running music and tries to get into sleep mode. While gaming my pc would freeze and then crash my game. I ran a bunch of test such as the Memory diagnostics , Sfc , DISM scan , and even updated my drivers. After all this my pc still crashed with the stop code: BAD_OBJECT_HEADER . All crashes before that have had the stop code of : IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS . I've had about 10 blue sc

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?
