Windows 10: What is causing this? Kernel Security Check Fail [WINDOWS 10]

My computer after a certain amount of time just ends up giving me the bsod with the error the kernel security check failed and I was debugging the kernel using windbg when it happened for like the 10th time and then it popped out this debug msg.Microsoft R Windows Debugger Version 10.0.27704.1001 AMD64Copyright c Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.Loading Dump File [C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP]Kernel Bitmap Dump File: Kernel address space is available, User address space may not be available.Symbol search path is: srv*Executable search path is: Windows 10 Kernel Version

After upgrading to WIndows 10 i get Kernel security check failure

It happens to me at any time, whithout advise, without signal, etc.

 

BSOD When installing Windows 10 (failed kernel security check)

As the title says.

I'm attempting to install Windows 10 Pro from an official retail USB installer. The computer is a Panasonic Toughbook CF-52 Mk3. When I boot the computer from the USB stick it fails almost immediately with a BSOD giving the error: Failed kernel security
check.

The computer currently has Windows 7 Pro installed and this installation works without any issues whatsoever, suggesting there are no issues with the hardware.

Troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• As a precaution I have run Memtest86 multiple times and it has passed e with no problems.
  
• I have tried using this USB stick installer in other computers and they are able to boot from it.
  
• I have created a Windows 7 Pro USB installer from a genuine installation DVD and this fails too. It does not give an error, the computer just reboots.
• I have created a custom Windows 7 installer and integrated the Intel QM57 chipset drivers into it using NTLite. This gives the same symptoms.
• I have tried booting from the Windows 7 Pro instalation DVD. This fails with error 0cx00000e9, "An unexpected I/O error has occurred." This DVD has also been tested in other computers.
• I have tried setting the computer's SATA controller mode from "AHCI" to "Compatibility" in the BIOS.

Please help. I have run out of ideas.
