Windows 10: What is Device USB\VID_0408&PID_A061&MI_00\6&f66e2a4&0&0000 requires further installation.

My Acer A515-54 built in web cam stopped working with a recent Windows 10 upgrade. System Devices/Webcam/Events displays "Device USB\VID_0408&PID_A061&MI_00\6&f66e2a4&0&0000 requires further installation." Acer has no driver for this webcam and uses the Microsoft default driver for web cams Dated 2006. System devices reports the driver and camera are working properly, but when I open the camera, there is only a blank screen. Any help would be appreciated.

6&9e1e39c&0&0000 refers to the systems folders and USB\VID_1BCF&PID_2C55&MI_00 refers to the two discrete files, sorry about that error.

how come i have this on my mic gives me this message: Device USB\VID_046D&PID_0A03&MI_00\8&17660f6f&0&0000 requires further installation.

I have been trying for days to figure out why my audio no longer takes input and the audio jacks no longer function. closest thing I have found is Device USB\VID_1532&PID_051C&MI_00\6&10eb38a8&0&0000 requires further installation. which leads me to believe
there is an issue somewhere else with a bad driver that is corrupting the file pathway because my mic itself is working (wireless usb connection) but I am unable to get windows to register that any information is being sent to input only that there is an input
device there. Using a nari ultimate headset 970m proset3 motherboard all drivers say they are up to date.
