What is difference between Personal One Drive on my hard drive and the Icloud One Drive on the website.

How to change iCloud Drive to different drive partition.

I'm again trying to change the iCloud Drive location to a different partition than C:. But the following solution no longer seems to work:

How do I change which physical drive my iCloud Drive files occupy on my computer?

When I re-enable iCloud Drive after creating the link, iCloud renames the link and creates a new folder in the original location. So, again, is seems the location of iCloud Drive can not be changed.

Does anyone have a new solution. It appears that Apple doesn't care about us Windows users.

Steps:

1. Open regedit (Win+R, "regedit")
2. Enter key in address bar
3. Deprecate key
   • Opt A. - delete
   • Opt B. - rename something different (e.g. prefix with "_")
4. Close and re-open to observe result

How to move the iCloud icon out of the local drive list

I installed iCloud on my Windows 10 machine and the iCloud icon is displayed in the local drive list. It's too annoying*Sad*Sad*Sad How can I remove the icon out of the drive list. Thanks!
