Windows 10: what is download error code 0x800c0008

i’m trying to update to a newer windows and i get one error after another,it was first telling something wrong with.net framework but it let me download it ,i get error code 0x800c0008

i have lumia 640xl lte phone. its can not access any google site and cannot add gmail account. when add gmail account then show error code 0x800C0008.

Make sure all Office applications are closed. Then try the following:

Step 1: Register OLE32.dll file

1. Click on Start

2. In Start Search or Run

3. Type in “regsvr32 ole32.dll ” without the quotes.

4. Press Enter.

5. Follow 1 and 2 and then type “regsvr32 ATL.dll ”

6. Press enter

7. Try reproduce the issue.

If the issue persists follow the steps below

Step 2: Compact

1. Open Start -- All Programs -- Microsoft Office -- Microsoft Office tools -- Microsoft Clip Organizer.

2. Click on Tools --> Compact .

3. Wait until Compaction is done.

4. Try reproducing the same error.

Compacting the catalog will not remove clips (clip: A single media file, including art, sound, animation, or movies.) from your hard disk or from Microsoft Clip Organizer, but will only compact your primary Clip Organizer catalog. This catalog contains the
thumbnail-sized clip previews and other clip property data. If you want to remove installed clips from your computer to save space, you must uninstall them using the program they were installed with.

If the issue persists follow the steps below

Step 3: Remove and rebuild the catalog file.

1. Close office applications and clip organizer.

2. Browse to the location

· C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer. Here user name is the name of the windows user account (Vista)

· C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer (XP)

1. Remove the files mstore10.mgc and other Media Catalog File listed under the folder.

2. Open Clip Organizer and the catalog files will be recreated.

3. Try reproducing the same error.

If the issue persists follow the steps below

Step 4: Repair Office

1. Click Start , and then click Control Pane l. If Control Panel is not in Classic View , click Switch to Classic View .

2. In Control Panel, double-click the Add or Remove or Programs/Programs and Features icon.

3. In the Currently installed programs list, click to select Microsoft Office 2007 product. Click Change .

4. In the Maintenance Mode Options dialog box, select "Repair ", and then click Continue .

5. Try Reproducing the same error

If the issue persists follow the steps below

Step 5: Microsoft Office - Run all from my computer.

1. Click on Start Control Panel

2. Click on Switch to Classic view (XP) or Classic View (Vista) or View Category – Small Icon (Windows 7)

3. Click on Add/Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista / Windows 7)

4. Highlight Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or the office suite that it belongs to and click on Change

5. Click on Continue

6. Click on drop down arrow beside Microsoft Office and click on Run all from my computer

7. Click on Continue

8. Wait for the Setup to Continue.

9. Try reproducing the issue
